What happens:

Trying to configure the block/fluid/entity names to be a different colour, but they always show up as white.

What you expected to happen:

I was expecting the custom color to be applied.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open up the color options, num0/waila/format content
2. Change the block name, fluid name or entity name to a different code.
3. Click okay, and look at something.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

• Hwyla: 1.8.20
• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 14.23.0.2512

Feel free to fix it Kit. You're the one who wrote all this.

Waila has always applied the rarity color of the stack to the tooltip and I decided not to break that at the time.

I may revisit that and just disable rarity when a color is specified.
