A way of limiting spawning fish with spawn weight or anything else in a config

A lot of fish spawn near me and i get a bit of a hit on performance on some of my friends and i thought it would be cool to having a way to limit them a bit and because i also got sharks they kill the fish and there are a lot of entities floating on water
Fish killed by predators (sharks, fish, etc...) will no longer drop items in the next patch, most likely coming out this Saturday or Sunday.
As for a config, it's difficult to work on it right now as most of the team is busy for a while due to work and other real life commitments
