Hooks seem to be incompatible with Tide

Issue:
Tides Angling Table does not allow any interaction with the Hook Slot when applying hooks from Hybrid Aquatic. HA hooks are unable to be applied in any fashion. Tides own hooks can still be applied.
Use Tide 1.6, compatibility with their angling table was waiting on that update to release, which it did a couple days ago
