Fish spawning on land

Mod Version: 1.5.1
Issue: Fish spawning out of water Causing them to die and drop items over and over again in random biomes belonging to Biome mods Named Oh The Biomes We've Gone, Nature Spirit, Regions Unexplored
Entitys/Mobs Involved are The Clownfish, Pupfish and another fish i can not identify They are currently the only ones i can find that are spawning on land
PS This is a Modpack and not just the mod itself
Seems to be related to the jungle biomes? Getting these in biomesoplenty:rainforest, biomeswevegone:tropical_rainforest, etc.

Its more thna that its also in Cherry woods and otehr biomes form other mods even in stoney shores

Ive been trying to recreate this issue locally for a week with no success, if any of you can let me know more about your modpacks or something I can have a better idea
I can't seem to reproduce it in singleplayer, so it might be an issue only on dedicated servers?
Here's the pack I'm using. It's modern neoforge, so it's easy enough to convert to a dedicated server once you have all the mods locally

It seems to only happen with Dedicated servers not client side,
When me and my friends were testing my modpack everything worked fine singleplayer with alot of stuff But as SOON as its loaded on a server it would crash or just struggle, Pretty much we learned that you should alwyas test with a server as well as singleplayer becuase the 2 are completely seperate beasts in most situations
When will this patch be out by any chance? my server is looking forward to getting it back even tho we will need ot do a map wipe xD we preloaded the world so everything from that mod wont generation thats world gen

Within a day or so hopefully, Im just swamped with college work atm
