So yes, I know we're going to get this.... But Hyper Lighting for 1.19 is COMING!

This is also the time we announce, Hyper Lighting 2! This version is a complete, ground to top rewrite of the mod, including new models and textures, new features to existing items/blocks and of cause, new features overall!

Some of the planned things include, but not limited to:

• Colored Lighting -> YES. This is coming back! Colored Glowing water will be supported as well (This depends on the availability of SHIMMER at the time of release)
• Various glowing plants and trees, that can be used for certain things, or, provide certain benefits
• Better crafting recipes
• Better JEI, The One Probe, Waila support and integration
• A glowing biome or dimension. (Late stage)
• Colored Water, Water Logging support
• and much much more!

Just want to answer some FAQ's here as well:

Q: Will HL 2 be backported to older versions?
A: Unfortunately not. Because this is a complete rewrite, everything is created with the latest minecraft systems and code. A lot of this code and systems don't exist in older versions, so this means we will have to rewrite the mod again. Which ever Minecraft version is the latest at the time of the release, will be the ONLY supported version, as well as new versions that get released

Q: Will older worlds containing HL be compatible or will it break?
A: Yes and no. A lot of things have changed in HL 2, which will result in breakage. Some blocks and items will not load, while others will load without issue. So to play it safe, install the mod on a fresh world
