Random idea. It would be nice to have smaller hyperboxes that, behind the scenes, are slices of a single chunk. Imagine slicing the chunk in half in all 3 dimensions; this would result in 8 smaller boxes. It would be much easier to reach all 8 faces from within and allow one to have 8 times the hyperboxes for the performance price of 1 (for anyone like me who want to compartmentalize smaller things like mekanism ore processing into a neat box.)
