Including the older IKWID versions on Modrinth. (1.16.5 fabric+forge and 1.12.2)

This would make it a bit easier for legacy mod instances and tweaked modpacks, particularly where launchers struggle with expedient CurseForge downloads/updates (due to the subpar Curse API).
