Stacking Scaffolding of one different Wood type deletes items.

I have discovered the following bug:

Steps to reproduce:

Place a tower of Scaffolding of one wood type (e.g. Oak)
Place Scaffolding of another wood type onto the tower.
The Scaffolding is replaced without dropping any items.
