Rather than using the Section symbol in item names and lores for color, use JSON formatting, which is much more supported by most plugins with items with colored text.

As another smaller complaint with the formatting, do not add spaces after NBT tags’ commas.

JSON Text will be supported in the next major version, since it requires a lot of work to integrate.
