IBE bugs out and reports "the server doesn't have IBE installed" even though I'm on singleplayer.

almost exactly like issue #9 but im on ftb oceanblock 1.16.5
it starts to say that after i go in and out of a compact machine/Change dimension
also in debug.log when i open it then it just says this
