[1.19.2] Make Shift Key cancel 3x3 mining for Advanced Drill

Currently when in Multi-Mining mode, Advanced Drill dig a 3x3 area and there is no way to hot-switch to normal when mining.
Similar to Jetpack, such a feature would be nice to have.
