The game throws you back-in-time, like when you have high ping.

Hello, I have a question about a modification under your development - IC Classic. Very cool mod, me and two friends of mine really like it, but we encountered a problem, which does not allow us to enjoy the game. I hoped, you could help us to figure out, what is going on.
What we have for now:
Server: Intel Core i7-11700k 5GHz, RAM - 6 GB, storage - 5 GB (SSD), minecraft version - 1.19.2.
Our mods: Macaw's Bridges, Farmer's Delight, HT's TreeChop, MexinExtras, EnchantmentDescriptions, Bookshelf, MrCrayfish's Furniture mod, CreativeCore, Carry On, Forge, CoFH Core, Rudium, The Twilight Forest, TLSkinCape, Sound Physics Remastered, IC2 Classic, Clumps, AutoRegLib, Quark, Tectonic.
Players: 3.
When we just began, everything was fine, except we ran out of memory from time to time (OutOfMemory exception) and we added another 2 GB to the initial 4 GB. But then we started experiencing problems, as I would call them - micro-teleportations, very similar to the behavior when you have a high ping, which is not our case, as far as I know (we all have it, regardless of our internet connection). In general, we thought that the problem was related to the lack of the server resources, but before moving our world to another server with better specs, we decided to make sure if the problem was really in it. So, we ran the same server locally on one of our personal computers. Turned out, despite computer's resources, the behavior of the server remain the same. Server used about 3 GB of RAM (tested one person) and CPU load wasn't so high, the problem is in something else, obviously. We suspect IC since this mod we used way more than others, we progressed in the game with this mod, and I remind you, initially there were no such problems. Therefore, we ended up assuming that IC Classic might be the source of the troubles. I read the mini in-game book and I remember the phrase, that this mod is optimized, because of that, I tried to find the solvation in something else. Now, I suppose, the problem in IC Classic, after all.
My question is: What do you think might be the source of our problems, is it really IC and its huge variety of block, mechanisms, mechanics, ticks and so on? Looking forward for your response. Big thanks for your work. If you have any questions or something I can help you to solve this puzzle with, just let me know. Attach a couple scrinshots of our biggest structure.

First of all thank you. I am glad you enjoy it.
But now to your problem.
Little resets usually happen when the server is overloaded.
Depending on your hardware that can happen quite easily.
The biggest source of that is exploration lag where the game is simply stuck awaiting chunks to be completed, causing micro stutters.
Ignoring all that.
Ic2c is indeed quite a big mod but on its own shouldn't need more than 2-3GB for 2-3 players at all, since we quite optimized it and on top of that on the server we don't load assets at all.
There are rarely mods out there server sided that eat up that much ram in the first place and even if you loaded 10-15k chunks that shouldn't be enough to let the server trip.
Please make sure your world is pregenerated.
That's all I can do with that little info.
Sorry.
Edit: if you want more info on lag or memory usage. I suggest the spark mod
