According to #172, electric tools are supposed to need the electric enchanting table to enchant, which would make it a bug that the chainsaw can be enchanted in the vanilla enchanting table

Oh well that is a bug which i do not care about... anymore. It will be fixed in 1.9 since i am completly rewriting it...
