Conversion EU to RF should be 4, not 8

Hello,
When EU is converted to RF in other mods that accept EU, they use the ratio 1 EU = 4 RF. With 8, if you use your Flux Generators instead of transfering EU directly to mods that directly accept EUs (ex.: SGCraft, OpenComputers) they recive double amout of power. About 80k RF instead of 40k (tested with a batbox and a re-battery full charged). We can chance that in the config but you have to not forget it in order to not be incoherent with other mods. 4 should be the default setting.
Also, there is no way (I think) to convert RF to EU at this moment.

P.S: I'm using the latest version, downloaded 1 hour ago, for 1.12.2, the version 1.5.3.6 to be precise.
I don't think a way to convert RF to EU is going to be added as it would ruin the balance of ic2 classic and allow you to basically cheese the mod. If you want to convert Rf to EU then add some other mod that does that.
RF to EU conversion should most definitely not be included, at least not in direct form (RF -> Lava -> EU is probably fine). One of the nice things about a separate type of energy is that you can't just hook everything up to your big reactor that produces 1,000,000,000,000 RF/t from a single millibucket of yellorium, you actually have to think about the design of your energy system.
Also this issue is probably can be closed as there is a config entry for the amount of eu to rf.
- The initial question is about the default value of EU => RF should be 4 instead of 8.
- A way to convert RF to EU should be added, even if it's disabled by default, since there is no other mod that allow the conversion.
@ExDomino there is a config for the conversion ratio.
Also RF => EU will never be added anymore in IC2C. If you want to do it use steam or one of the hack mods.
@ExDomino as long bigreactors or any other unbalanced RF mod exists the ratio stays at 1EU => 8RF.

I know there is a config option to change the ratio, but 1 EU = 8 RF is not the good value.
All other mods use the ration 1 EU = 4 RF. I don't comprehend why you use a different ratio.
