Bug(?) report
Introduced Mekanism-1.12.2-9.8.3.390 at the same time as IC2Classic + 1.12-1.5.5.2,
After assembling the industrial turbine of mekanism, it was confirmed that the industrial turbine stopped when re-entering the world.
I tried it with other mods I have, but it seems to be affected only by ic2classic.

It was unclear which was the cause.

How to reproduce

1. Assemble the industrial turbine of mekanism.
2. Bring steam into the turbine to generate electricity.
3. Quit title
4. Re-enter the world.

Rebuilding an industrial turbine will fix the bug, but this happens every time I re-enter the world.
This phenomenon does not occur in other multi-block equipment.

minecraft version : 1.12.2
forge version : 1.12.2-forge-14.23.5.2854
ic2 classic version : IC2Classic+1.12-1.5.5.2.1.jar
mekanism version : Mekanism-1.12.2-9.8.3.390.jar

Honestly i have no idea why this is caused.
Looking through Mekanims sourcecode shows no incompat indication either.
I leave this open so when i make the next patch (not if, but when) this will be looked into too.
