From multiple tests I ran, it seems that the Terraformer's area of effect is not working as intended - and that the effect is not centered, but always leans towards south-east. Additionally, it seems that for some TFBPs there is no max radius.
After running a Cultivation TFBP for a few minutes, here is a view of the effect:


The Terraformer placed blocks up to ~85 blocks away from its position, and only towards south-east.

Testing the Desertification TFBP, I had the same issue with the south-east lean only that there was also a max range issue:

You can see it here placing blocks ~700 blocks away after a few minutes.

@Speiger As I'm not 100% sure whether I could make the modpack update soon, I think it's best if you work on it at your own pace even if it takes a while.
