[1.19.2] Cropmatron WeedEx stot seems to be broken.

Yo, opening a GH issue, so it doesn't get lost.
So, after playing with crops and crops related machines I encountered a very strange behavior while using Cropmatron.
It seems that WeedEx slot has several issues:

  1. Localization issue;

  1. Slot filter issue, being able to insert Hydration Cell using hopper/exporter from RS while Slot Filter says it's not valid for this slot;

  1. Slot access issue. It won't react to any given configuration.
