IC2 Cells works like a buckets, but they can't gain any fluids from cauldrons, i think it should be fixed

Draining a cauldren (if the fluid is supported) Yes that can be a feature (not a bug)
But putting fluids into a cauldren is not allowed. Cells take things from the world not put things into the world.
