Electric enchantment table doesn't enchant mining laser, scissors and more toold

Hello again,
Faced some more issues, if you need me to split them just tell me to

Electric enchanter cannot enchant scissors, mining laser, electric treetap and some more items, however it gives the item in the output and tries to charge XP for it's job. (You can enchant it if you place an enchanted book as an input though).

Charger module in chest doesn't charge the items that you have just crafted, or after you equipped the chest, but starts to charge them only after you use the item once (maybe intended, not sure)

Silk touch doesn't work on Chainsaw to cut grass and vines (but works for cobwebs even without silk touch)

Could you do a slot for energy crystal/battery inside a Villager-O-Mat?

Electric enchanter is only charged up to 90% with an energy crystal
Forgot to mention 1 more thing that sounds like a bug, however I hope that was intended because it is very useful
6. Solar Helmet used as a module in Quantum Helmet charges items even at night, rain, with blocks above (sun cannot be reached) and in the nether.

-1: Already known will hopefully addressed
-2: Recharging feature only does happen when your tool uses energy. Only then it works so no bug.
-3: Not sure if that is a bug or not.
-4: No. It is a endgame machine and a Battery station exists that allows you to do the exact same + Voltage control.
-5: Performance feature. Because that way you only run the recharge logic once every few ticks instead of every single tick which costs a LOT of performance (just to check)
-6: Feature not a bug xD (Minecraft bug actually)

Regarding 3 - maybe its not a bug, but it is a little bit frustrating that there's no electric tool that can fully replace scissors. The chainsaw just cannot be used to get grass, wines, however does give you leaves and cobwebs which is a bit inconsistent and counter-intuitive
@basanets even axes with silk touch don't work so that is vanilla behavior.
