When crafting, % of energy is not saved, for example, if I take a charged energy crystal, then I won’t be able to craft nano armor from it with already stored energy, if I take a nano bib with a built-in jetpack for crafting quantum armor, then the jetpack will disappear when crafting.

Also to explain why that was done.

Some people don't want to deal with the module system and I don't want to alienate them. So we added legacy recipes that basically behave like the old electric armor and give you the base functionality with 0 module interaction.
So both sides are happy.

Otherwise the Lama crystal recipe wouldn't exist.
