[Patch request] Crop-Matron and Crop Harvester ignoring Transformer Upgrades

Describe the bug
Crop-Matron and Crop Harvester are Tier 1 machines, if you add Transformer Upgrades (1+), they are still going to explode with EU Tier 2+
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Place Crop-Matron/Crop Harvester
- Add Transformer Upgrade
- Connect them to CESU
- It will explode
Expected behavior
Crop-Matron/Crop Harvester shouldn't explode
