[Bug]: Gorgon temples seemingly ignoring the distances set in config

What happened?
I've added Ice and Fire 1.16 to my new (fresh world) Enigmatica 6 * server. I wanted Ice and Fire mobs to be rare bosses, so I set the spawn rates very low (see config below).
However, for some reason, Gorgon temples are not respecting the config.
These temples in the screenshots are only bit more than half the expected distance (3000 blocks) from 0 0 0, and less than 300 blocks apart from each other, while "Dangerous World Gen Dist Seperation" is set to 3000.
All temples that have been found so far also only have generated in oceans.
Other mobs/structures have not been found yet since yesterday, either the config is working as intended for them or they don't generate at all. Is this a known issue? Mod conflict with Terraforged, which is in E6?

Relevant log output
Hard to pinpoint when the temples have generated, so unfortunately no logs... :(

- I am using other mods besides Ice and Fire
- I have attached a log file from the session that I have experienced this issue
