What happened?

I have been exploring a large part of my world to find some dragons and I haven't found any mobs from this mod

im using 1.16.5 forge 36.2.34

Minecraft Version

1.16(CRASHES ONLY)

Ice and Fire version

iceandfire-2.1.12-1.16.5-patch-1

Citadel version

citadel-1.8.1-1.16.5
