What happened?

Wus poppin gamers.
MC 1.20.1, Forge 47.3.22. Running the latest version (2.1.13 beta-5).

Despite checking the box, I didn't attach a log file or anything because it isn't crashing. I'm also running like, an unholy amount of mods.

I have three cockatrices at my house, all sitting. That was fine. But when I set them to patrol, and enter the Nether, they teleport with me for some reason. I set them to stay and it's fine.
I just got a pixie too, and she's a little more difficult. Whenever I start my game, she's standing for some reason, but not following. However, if I teleport (I have the waystones mod) or enter the Nether, she comes with me. I have to take her back and make her sit back down before she stays there...Until I come back from the Nether or wherever I was (far enough away to unload the chunk it seems), she goes back into standing position, ready to teleport with me again. It's as if she's in some kind of dormant follow mode that only activates when you leave the area.

So far those (and a new baby dragon that I've had on wait mode) are the only tamed mobs I have from the mod, so I don't know if it happens with other mobs yet. I'll update if it does.
