[1.12.2] Entity Spawning Stopped Completely - Pets Gone

When updating to the new version of 7.1.10 all spawning of any entity from any mod has stopped. You cannot even spawn an entity from a spawn egg. It also has made any pets or tamed animals we had disappear.
Rolling back to an earlier version fixes this behavior as well as returns the pets.
Sorry...wrong mod causing it...
