Mods are not working.

I played a little bit with my mods, 1.7.10 forge version.
Then I downloaded a realistic ModPack that made Minecraft look sooo good.
The problem is iChunUtil was in that ModPack, I though it was a regular mod but no.
When I erased all of the mods and tried to make my self a modded survival, It always said that I am missing the iChunUtil:
"Forge Mod Loader has found a problem with your minecraft installation
The mods and versions listed below required is 4.0.0
iChunUtil : minimus version required is 4.0.0
The file 'logs/fml-client-lastest.log' contains more information"
Now lets put that in this way... I deleted ALL OF THE MODS.
I downloaded other mods such as Flans, secret dors, better storage, Galactiaft, Morth-beta from the sire skydaz, they make installers of mods. Easy install. then I tried to join the game, and it said the same thing.. I EVEN DELETED MY WHOLE MINECRAFT.
but still... no.
When I download a single mod it also crashes. when I get iChunUtil it loads up, when I get morph mod with it it loads up again perfectly, but when I get different mod I get a crash.
How to fix this so the iChunUtil will be gone forever? or could you explain how it works? cause first I was really pissed.. If this actually not bad and it works with other mods but I am just dumb and idk how, please explain it to me or tell me how to get rid of it.
