client/server desync with mining range

Bug description
When using an Enderman's Identity, the camera position is higher.
As a result the client thinks it can mine an extra block or so, but the server does not.
When mining a tall tree, the last block in-range flickers back as the server doesn't think the client can mine it.
Tested on singleplayer, fabric 0.11.0 (1.16.5), Identity 1.11.6.
