Cannot brake/place blocks as Giant

Bug description
Blocks cannot be broken (or placed) when you are a Giant (when in range)

Related to #142 and Ladysnake/Requiem#225
Some of the code from commit Ladysnake/Requiem@1b6832a may be helpful (mainly doing the reach check from eye height instead of bottom-center of hitbox).
