I have tested it out with the Tiered and the Heart Canisters. When im morph on any mob, the mod extends the maximum health, but it doesn't fill. The only way to get all the health filled is morphing back to human.
Please fix it, I saw that other user posted about the Heart Canisters problem, but I have this problem with two mods at once. If you could give a configuration solution that I could do, I'll be grateful.
