[Suggestion] Config for HP Changes

it would be awesome if we had a config option to disable the hp changes.
I mostly want this because switching to something with low hp (such as a fish) and then back to yourself, requires the player to eat a lot of food to heal back up... which sucks.
you also cant take hits as most mobs, so theres that too.
A config option already exists for that. Set scalingHealth = false
in the Identity config to disable the changed max health behavior.
