I opened a world with this mod and it loaded the world to about 7% and then just stopped loading it and left me there. I could only close it through task manager after waiting for about 5 minutes for the world to load.

Edit: I had Identity version 1.13.2 which I believe is the latest non-beta version

Edit 2: Just realized it was pehkui
