Currently, even when you are a Dolphin, you only get 15 seconds of oxygen when underwater (in other words, the same as a regular player). Actual dolphins can survive for up to 4 minutes underwater before drowning, and up to 2 minutes in the air before suffocating with the dryout damage type.
