Ender Dragon morph doesn't pass through blocks or destroy them and any hearts over 10 doesn't regen

Bug description
The Ender Dragon hit box is big. It'd be nice to be able to phase through blocks as the Ender Dragon to be able to reach. Maybe as a toggle? Same for block breaking too! Maybe a toggle for block breaking as the Ender Dragon? Also add a toggle for mob damage too where you can fly into a mob and shoot them up to the sky.
And if you die and respawn as a mob with over 20 HP, you don't regenerate any HP over 20 HP.
