Every time I try to start the server, it just crashes immediately and it does not start at all. And the only time it avoids crashing and it actually starts is when I removed the Identity Mod.

I've also done some testing on my own too in order to see if the problem was because of other mods but that wasn't the case at all as far as I know.

What do I need to do in order to avoid crashing?

MORE NOTES: I am using Forge 47.2.1 (1.20.1) to run the Aternos Server. Of course, I have the Identity Mod and its required API
which is the Architectury API. Identity is on the version v2.7.1 and Architectury API is on the version v9.1.12.

Are you able to run a client with the same mod list? If the client crashes, can you please post the resulting crash report?

The problem is, that, as of Forge 47.1.6, the EyeHigh was changed and the LivingBreathEvent was introduced, and Identity wasn't updated for these. This is the same issue as #590
