I don't think this is an actual bug. I don't know much about coding, specially Java, but I read through the repository a bit and I couldn't find a single entry for this seeds. Maybe that's the problem?

The Garden Cloche accepts the crux, but it refuses to accept the seeds.

I don't know if you forgot to add the seeds or if they are a new thing since I recently added new mods and upgraded the ones I already had.
