When you put
# Modify tool and item mining levels to create a tiered-ish progression
B:HarvestLevelTweaks=false
in Modules.cfg
Auto-smelt don't working in Osmium ores (Mekanism) and in all ores of Electrical Age (Maybe all other mod ores).

Sounds like those ores don't require a pickaxe to be mined. And/or are implemented incorrectly so pickaxes aren't recognized as effective tools.
