When placing mob heads from IguanasTinkersTweaks, if the resulting location for the head is inside a block, then it will delete that block, replacing it with the head.

This happens with any mod head from this mod, and any non-solid block, such as buttons, levers, or pipes.

To reproduce: Give yourself a blaze head, and place a button on the wall. Try to place the head just barely to the right of the button, but within the same block.
