The Full guard isn't makable in the pattern build: http://imgur.com/a/AdxGP#0.

If i haven't left a crash report thats cause there isn't one.

That's because it's not configured to be a full guar material by default, as you should be able to see on the pattern tooltip. If you want it, you'll have to configure it accordingly.
