Crash when try to open /help page which shows /toolxp or /leveluptool command

When I enter /help X , X is the page which contains the /toolxp or /leveluptool command, Minecraft crash.
I tried with just the following mods :
- NEI
- Waila
- Tinkers' Construct
- Ignanas Tinkers Tweaks
- TiC Tooltip
