Hello!

I have encountered a strange issue on my multiplayer server with Iguana Tweaks (or maybe Tinkers - Reporting to both) which is quite frustrating. The issue is related to the haste modifier.

Lets take a creatively spawned flint pickaxe from NEI (all parts are flint) with a mining speed of 4. When breaking a block with this pick, the broken block disappears and then reappears before disappearing again about a second later. However, when the haste modifier (50 redstone - Mining speed 8) is added to the pickaxe, the issue immediately goes away.

The same occurs with a wooden pickaxe (about a 2 second block lag delay without haste (1.5 mining speed) and about a second with haste (5.5 mining speed)), an iron pickaxe (about a half a second block lag delay without haste (6 mining speed) and only lags when the mining speed is BELOW 8). This can be replicated with other pickaxes as well with a mining speed lower than 8. The issue is immediately resolved when the mining speed is increased above 8.

Is this an option or a bug?

We are running TConstruct 1.7.10-1.8.8 and IguanaTinkerTweaks 1.7.10-2.1.5.
