Vajra from GraviSuite, I cannot modify it, also it doesn't appear on ToolDefaults.cfg

@bonii-xx, why AdvancedDiamondDrill from GraviSuite appear?
I would also change the level tool of vajra because with ITT I can mining until tin, without ITT I can mining everything.

Because it's hardcoded in the Varja.
