It would be cool to have a config for the number of times you can enchant items beyond its maximum level. Say if I set "max level beyond" = 5 (default 1),
Sharpness enchantment can now go to Sharpness X instead of maxing at Sharpness VI which was the default (default = 1 level → beyond). If possible, also allow users to select the type of enchantments manually and have individual config, so we can cap certain enchantments to avoid players from breaking some game mechanics, for example, getting Unbreaking past level 3.
