Are there any plans of making so the Imbuiing table has compatibility with enchantments above vanilla levels? I know I can whitelist other enchantments, but it is still not useful due to them being limited to vanilla power levels.

This was overhauled in 1.21.3+ to use a data map which allows for defining max levels per enchantment when imbuing. Due to time constraints this will not be backported unfortunately, but you can look forward to it on future versions.
