Get Friends&Foes 4.0.0 and run the game, dont know what is wrong, but 1.21.1 works with Friends&Foes 4.0.0, so i guess its something new in your mod? Maybe its also present in 1.21.4 who knows, please let me know, if i have to do anything on my end with Friends&Foes.
