Both the Illusionary and Unusual Dust are not tagged as #c:dusts, which they should be as is convention to be consistent with all other mods

Additionally, the dusts could be tagged as #c:dusts/, but this is probably not very useful as no other mod would add to or reference that tag, but it'd be nice for consistency.

The Hallowed Gem should be tagged as #c:gems and maybe #c:gems/hallowed
