Horn of Sight is currently Common rarity (white). However, it uses the Hallowed Gem (rarity Uncommon/yellow) as a crafting ingredient. By Vanilla convention, all items should take the rarity of at least the highest rarity of any of their ingredients. This means that the Horn of Sight should be Uncommon (yellow) rarity.
