When building on Linux, a new changelog.md file is created, in addition to the CHANGELOG.md file.

This is because windows has case-insensitive files, whereas linux has case-sensitive files.

The CHANGELOG.md file should be renamed to changelog.md, or the script creating the changelog should be changed.
