It's pretty simple.

There's quite a few things that would be nice if they had configs.

Here's a list of what I can think of (right now):

• a debug config for all cosmetics. Useful while testing. (Would only be available in a testing env. Disabled in prod.)
• a config to allow you to disable certain cosmetics client-side.
• configs to modify the following chances/density/probability of spawning:
  • per-biome chances for fireflies and glowworms (+ the ability to add biomes in the config menu)
  • will-o-wisps
  • aura chances & delays
  • chorus petals
  • spooky eyes
• glow levels for various particles
• glow colours for everything
• the times at which fireflies stop/start spawning
