With version 1.3.2 there is flickering in the menus with older hardwares.

With 1.3.0 it's completely fine.
Didn't test it with 1.3.1

My friend using IntelR Core i5-1035G1 CPU, and its integrated graphics.
I suspect that its related to this.

Removing https://modrinth.com/mod/farmers-delight-refabricated looks like fixed it for now, im unsure

Removing ImmediatelyFast completely fixed the issue.

Try disabling fast_buffer_upload in the ImmediatelyFast config file
