MC 1.21.1 - Buffer corruption with custom armors (AzureLib Armor, RPG Series)

Hello!

Use case

Player in-game, in 3rd person view, wearing armor pieces with custom model (such as: Paladin armor, Paladins & Priests mod), player is highlighted (either by Glowing potion effect, or spell cast targeting self). Shaders must be on.

Easy method to reproduce:

  1. Install Fabulously Optimized modpack
  2. Add Paladins & Priests mod
  3. Add some Complementary shaders
  4. Equip Paladin armor, or priest robes
  5. View in 3rd person, set glowing on self ( /effect give @p minecraft:glowing ), or pick up a holy staff and cast spell

The use case sounds extremely specific, but its not, all RPG Series modpacks are affected (such as MedievalMC, upcoming Prominence port for 1.21, and other major packs).

Experienced

  • Outline around the player model and the armor model flickers
  • HUD elements flicker (such as Xaero minimap, or Journeymap minimap, or custom itembar, or custom HUD elements)
  • Armor model outline rendered sometimes at random locations in the viewport

This render issue does not occur without ImmediatelyFast.

Affected

  • Minecraft 1.21.1, Fabric
  • ImmediatelyFast-Fabric-1.2.19+1.21.1.jar - ImmediatelyFast-Fabric-1.3.3+1.21.3.jar (all versions for 1.21.1)

The limited amount of testing I was able to do, shows the issue is fixed.
